SMS Messaging Consent
This page describes how Divine AI collects consent to send SMS text messages to subscribers, what types of messages are sent, and how subscribers can opt out at any time.
1. Who Sends These Messages
SMS messages are sent by Divine AI, operated by Divine Media & Co., LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. Messages are sent from a 10-digit long code (10DLC) number registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the Divine AI A2P brand.

Subscribers provide explicit, written consent to receive SMS messages through the Divine AI dashboard settings page after creating an account. The opt-in flow works as follows:

Once opted in, subscribers may receive the following types of SMS messages from Divine AI (sent by their AI assistant, Felix):
- Daily briefings - Morning summary of meetings, emails, and priorities for the day
- Task confirmations - Confirmation when Felix completes a task on your behalf (e.g., "I've drafted the email to John. Review it in your dashboard.")
- Important alerts - Time-sensitive reminders or notifications that require your attention
- Meeting reminders - Upcoming meeting alerts with agenda summaries
Message frequency: Varies based on user activity and preferences. Most users receive 1-5 messages per day. Users can adjust notification preferences in their dashboard settings.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
Subscribers can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message from Divine AI. You will receive one final confirmation: "You have successfully unsubscribed from Divine AI SMS notifications. You will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe."
- Dashboard Settings - Log in to your account, go to Settings → Notifications, and uncheck the SMS consent checkbox.
After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent. Your account and service access are not affected by opting out of SMS.

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance information: "Divine AI SMS Help: Contact [email protected] or visit www.divineai.io. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data rates may apply."
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Divine AI does not charge for SMS messages directly. Standard carrier rates apply.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent information are used solely to deliver the SMS notifications you have requested. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third parties for marketing purposes. This information is stored securely and used only to send the messages you have consented to receive.
