Start by submitting an application. We review every application personally. If it's a fit, we'll schedule a brief onboarding call to understand your needs, set up your private server, configure your assistant, and connect your accounts. Most clients are fully operational within a few days.
Your assistant handles a wide range of daily operations: email management and follow-ups, calendar scheduling and conflict resolution, research and competitive analysis, document and PDF creation, file organization, morning briefings, end-of-day summaries, accountability tracking, and much more.
On higher-tier plans, your assistant can also monitor your inbox proactively, join and transcribe meetings, run sub-agent workflows, and even execute open-ended projects autonomously with approval gates.
On-Demand (Foundation+): Your assistant executes when you ask. Morning briefs and EOD summaries are automatic. Everything else happens on your command — similar to how a human EA operates.
Fully Managed (Professional+): Your assistant monitors your email, calendar, and messages proactively. It acts on routine items without being asked and alerts you to what needs your attention.
Autonomous (Executive): Give your assistant an objective. It works toward it independently — researching, planning, executing — and pauses only at approval gates you define. Nothing irreversible happens without your sign-off.
You choose your mode during onboarding and can change it any time by texting your assistant.

Professional+ (Fully Managed): $597/month. Everything in Foundation, plus proactive email monitoring, calendar management, Slack integration, meeting transcription, and advanced workflows.
Executive (Autonomous): Custom pricing. Everything in Professional, plus autonomous project execution, dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees.
All plans are billed annually. Monthly billing is available at a higher rate. There is a one-time setup fee that covers your private server configuration and onboarding.
ChatGPT Pro ($200/month) gives you access to a powerful AI model. But you're still the one doing the work — writing prompts, switching between apps, managing context, and figuring out integrations.

Yes. You can upgrade or change your operating mode at any time. Many clients start with Foundation+ to get comfortable, then upgrade to Professional+ once they see how much time their assistant saves. Just text your assistant or reach out to our team.
Yes. Every client gets their own private, dedicated server. Your data, conversations, files, and assistant memory are completely isolated from other clients. Nothing is shared. Nothing is used to train models. You own your data.

During onboarding, we connect your assistant to the accounts you choose. Common integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Telegram. Professional+ plans add Slack integration. Executive plans can include custom integrations with virtually any service.
You control exactly what your assistant has access to. Connections can be added or removed at any time.
That depends on your operating mode. In On-Demand mode, your assistant only acts when you ask. In Fully Managed mode, it handles routine items proactively but flags anything important for your review. In Autonomous mode, it works independently but pauses at approval gates before any irreversible action.
You're always in control. You set the boundaries, and your assistant respects them.
Most clients are fully operational within 3–5 days of onboarding. We handle everything: server provisioning, account connections, assistant configuration, and initial training. You don't touch a thing.

We provide ongoing support for all clients. If something isn't working the way you expect, reach out to our team and we'll resolve it. Professional+ and Executive clients receive priority support, and Executive clients have a dedicated account manager and SLA-backed response times.
No. AI is powerful but not infallible. Your assistant may occasionally make mistakes, misunderstand context, or produce inaccurate information. That's why we build in approval gates for important actions and encourage you to review anything critical before it goes out.
That said, your assistant improves over time as it learns your preferences and patterns. And our team continuously optimizes your configuration behind the scenes.
Your assistant cannot provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. It cannot make payments or sign contracts on your behalf. It cannot access systems that require biometric authentication or physical presence. And it should not be the sole decision-maker for high-stakes business or personal matters.
Think of your assistant as a highly capable operator — not a replacement for professional advisors or your own judgment.
All plans include generous usage allowances designed for daily professional use. If you consistently exceed typical usage levels, we'll work with you to find the right plan. We never throttle your assistant without notice — we'd rather have a conversation about upgrading than degrade your experience.
